The combination of skyscraper and minmax is quite unique in my opinion. Can you spot the tricks used in this puzzle?
Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. Clues outside the grid indicate the number of skyscrapers visible in that row or column, looking in that direction.
3. Cells with arrows pointing inward must contain digits smaller than all orthogonal cells.
4. Cells with arrows pointing outward must contain digits larger than all orthogonal cells.
