X-Sums
A clue outside the grid is the sum of the first X cells in the corresponding row/column, where X is the digit in the cell nearest to the clue.

This took me 91 minutes and 16 seconds. I had to put it down and come back to it multiple times over a few days, but it was incredibly satisfying to solve. Thanks for setting and sharing!
