Fully Booked [Numbered Rooms Fillomino]

Rules
- The entire grid is comprised of an inner 9x9 grid and areas (of non-black cells) where outside clues are to be placed by the solver.
- Fillomino: Divide the entire grid into regions of orthogonally-connected cells such that no two regions of the same size share an edge. Enter a number into each cell equal to the size of its region. Regions can contain cells from both the inner 9x9 grid and the outside area.
- Numbered Rooms: Numbers outside the 9x9 grid are valid Numbered Rooms clues. A clue indicates the number that appears in the Nth cell of the clue's direction (inside the 9x9 grid) where N is the digit next to the clue in that direction.

Another great fillomino hybrid! I found the bottom left to be much trickier than the rest of the puzzle, which made this a 4 star for me, but I probably missed something more straightforward.
