PRECIPITATION
A digit in a cloud adds its value to the rainfall in its column. In the blue box, write exactly the average of the rainfall of the 9 columns.

TEMPERATURE
Numbers increase along thermometers, starting from the bulb. In the red box, write the temperature, which is the only number that appears on all 4 thermometers. Note: the end of the top thermo is somewhere inside the cloud.

WIND
In the grey box, draw a wind symbol like the ones seen scattered around the grid. Digits on wind symbols whose "hook" end is pointing the same direction as the one you drew require that there be an identical digit that many steps in that direction. Wind symbols pointing in other directions can be ignored. Example: if your symbol points South East, and there were a 2 on the wind symbol in R2C1, then R4C3 (2 steps South East) would also need to be a 2.
