Every 3 consecutive cells on a Red line must have one of the digits of each entropic group - (1,2,3) / (4,5,6) / (7,8,9)
The clue outside the grid gives the sum of the digits on the indicated diagonal.
Cells connected with a V sum to 5, not all V's are given.
Cells in cages sum to the digit in the corner of the cage.
Cells in Box 7 separated by a dot are in a 1:2 ratio. R6C2 is odd.

Not sure why such a low rating, this was pretty fun to solve...edit: ahh, it seems the solution was available before the puzzle needed to be solved. i didn't see that until after i had solved it.
