Sandwich Modulo 10

Happy 2024 everyone!
Normal Sudoku rules apply. The numbers outside of the grid are special sandwich clues corresponding to the row/column they are next to, with the following two properties:
-In the row/column, the 1 is closer to the sandwich clue than the 9.
-The sum of the digits "sandwiched" between the 1 and 9 in the row/column, equals the sandwich clue MODULO 10. In simpler terms, the clue represents the ones' digit of the sum. For instance, if the sandwich clue is 3, the digits "sandwiched" between 1 and 9 should sum to either 3, 13, 23, 33 etc.
