Quite pleased with how this turned out, hope you enjoy! :D
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Region Sum Lines: The sum of the digits on a blue line within a box must be the same for each box that line passes through.
- Dutch Whispers: Adjacent digits on an orange line must have a difference of at least 4.
- Quadruples: Digits in circles must appear at least once on the four surrounding cells.

I haven't even started solving yet, but I can see that the layout of this puzzle is beautiful. The symmetry is really impressive, and the digits in the quads appear to be hilariously useless! Hats off already to @Black Doom, I'm looking forward to tackling this one.
