Circles and Adders
(Eingestellt am 24. Dezember 2023, 12:04 Uhr von Jay Dyer)
When I saw this circle rule appear, my first thought was "what is the weirdest ruleset I could pair this with?" Thanks to Silverstep for the adder cells idea.
Rules
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Nine cells (one per row/column/box) are 'adders'. An adder containing the digit d increases the value of all orthogonally adjacent cells by d (the adder's own value is not modified). Each digit appears in only one adder.
- If any circle has a value of N, then exactly N circles have value N.
- The values of the circles joined by the line sum to the same as the values of the cells on the line.
Solve in Sudokupad.
Lösungscode: Column 9.

Thank you for the puzzle, that was fun! Quite a different logic compared to standard circles rules - so the combination with adders brought some profound a-ha moments before actually being able to put some numbers in :)
