This is a puzzle with nearly full symmetry that requires asking the "right question" at various points in the solve. I would rate this puzzle difficulty somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. RULES:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits on an arrow sum to the number in the circle.
- Gray circles must contain odd digits.

This was approachable for me. I did mess up my first attempt, but the tuning fork pointing in the right direction. nice puzzle.
