This puzzle is inspired by the anti-circle idea developed by ViKingPrime and ThePedallingPianist.
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits on a blue line must have the same total within each 3x3 box.
- A black dot separates two digits that have a 1:2 ratio (one is double the other.) Not all possible black dots are given.
- A digit in a yellow circle indicates exactly how many red circles contain that digit.
- A digit in a red circle indicates exactly how many yellow circles DO NOT contain that digit.

Awesome puzzle. Spent the longest time without putting any marks down, just thinking about what the circles actually do. And then it clicked and the second half turned into a more regular but still nicely challenging puzzle.

Spent half my time just figuring out the implications of the circles but after that this was nice and breezy. Gets 3 stars just for the circle rule. Loved it all the way!
