RULES:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits in a cage must differ in value by at least 5 with every cell it sees by knights move.
- Digits in a grey circle must be odd.
- Digits joined by a black dot have the ratio 1:2. Not all possible dots are given.
