Inspired by some published and unpublished puzzles that use Skyscrapers in a weird way. Note that the conflict checker might not function properly (it seems to function better in Chrome than Safari), so I recommend being careful while solving. Difficulty estimated at 3-4 stars.
Rules:
Normal Sudoku: Place the digits 1 to 9 in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
Kropki + XV: For each given dot, X, and V, a digit must be placed on each side of that clue (including outside the grid) so that:
- Digits joined by a white dot are consecutive
- Digits joined by a black dot are in a ratio of 2:1
- Digits joined by an X sum to 10
- Digits joined by a V sum to 5
Skyscrapers: Digits inside the grid represent the heights of buildings. Digits outside the grid are skyscraper clues—they indicate the number of buildings seen from that clue’s direction. Taller buildings block the view of smaller buildings.

As mentioned by other commenters, it was quite cool the way the skyscraper clues interacted with the X/V/Kropki clues on the edge of the grid!

Fun puzzle! I think a penpa link would have had a working answer check in all browsers? Also it would have meant that I didn't have to sit and make one myself ... ;)
