RULES:
Normal sudoku rules apply. On yellow colored lines, no two digits anywhere on the line can sum to X, where the value X is used on all yellow lines. X is at most 10, and at least 5. On green colored lines, (German Whispers,) neighboring digits differ by at least 5. Digits seperated by a black dot have a ratio of 1:2. Not all dots are given.
Lösungscode: Column 1 followed by column 9. (columns are read top to bottom)

Unsolvable, using inspect element on both links there are no lines overlapping or anything under the lines, and as previous comments have said there are multiple solutions (in the thousands) for X=5 and X=6. The only way this could be solvable is if a rule was missed.
Also by uniqueness X must be 5.

For X=5 the puzzle has multiple solutions too.

Puzzle doesn't appear to have a unique solution. X = 6 produces at least two possibilities, neither of which appear to be the intended one.

The ruleset is unclear, since the rules are (much) to weak to produce an unique solution.
In my opinion X must be 5 or 6. In this case you can replace alle 7s by 9s and vice versa and you get another solution.
