Thank you to Schwupel publishing the excellent Low Tide that inspired this puzzle, and gUBBLOR for recommending that I use the constraint to make a puzzle myself.
Normal sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 in each row/column box.
Digits along an arrow will sum to the digit in the attached bulb.
Digits in killer equality cages must contain the same amount of both high/low numbers as well as even/odd numbers. Digits CANNOT repeat in killer cages.
Lösungscode: Row 9 followed by Column 8, 18 digits no spaces.
