5's live in Dutch Flats
All 5's in the grid must strictly have EITHER; a '1' directly above it AND/OR a '9' directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
Examples provided below on an empty grid.
Sandwich Sums
Numbers on the outside give the sum of the digits between 1 and 9 in that column or row.

Very nice. I got the Dutch Flatmates fairly quickly. It was the sandwich stuff with which I struggled a bit. Very enjoyable puzzle. Thanks!

Completely forgot this was a dutch flat mate puzzle till I had to disambiguate the last part. Great puzzle nonetheless

It never ceases to amaze me how much mileage you can get out of this constraint, always with pleasant little surprises in each puzzle. Great work as always!
