• Adjacent digits along each german whisper line must have a difference of at least 5.
• Adjacent cells connected with an X must sum to 10. Adjacent cells connected with a V must sum to 5.
• Digits in a cage must sum to the number printed in its corner.

This was a great German Whispers puzzle. It took a little noodling but the name was a nice hint. Well done!

Very interesting using XV on Whisper lines, I've never seen that before! I tried solving WITHOUT using the Phistomophel trick, and it certainly doesn't work - so it's either impossible to figure out, or a good solid 3 star if you do know the trick! Fun puzzle. :-)
