Let's Get Cracking

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits on a line that connects two circles must have values that fall between those in the circles. Purple lines must contain a set of consecutive digits, in any order. Neighbouring digits on a green line must differ by at least 5. Digits along a thermometer must increase from the bulb end. Cells separated by a black dot must contain digits in a ratio of 1:2. Cells separated by a white dot must contain consecutive digits. Cells separated by a king's move (in chess) cannot contain the same digit.
Can be solved online using CTC, or f-puzzles
This is my first puzzle, inspired by the great Cracking the Cryptic. Any feedback/constructive criticism would be much appreciated and I hope you enjoy solving it as much as I enjoyed creating it.

I spent such a weirdly long time trying to disprove what turned out to be the correct solution. But then it did mean I'd already seen most of the correct grid in my head, so it went pretty quickly after that. xD Lovely solve!

I'm surprised this is your first puzzle, this is a wonderful solve - really looking forward to the next one!
I loved the combination of constraints; renbans along between-lines is a fun mix.
The only suggestions I might have would be to adjust the difficulty (felt more like a 3-star) and to break up that initial paragraph of text; either bullet points, or start a new sentence for each (almost completely missed the king's move constraint).
