RULES:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits CAN repeat within the cage if allowed by other rules.
- Each digit within the cage indicates exactly how many times that digit appears in the cage. E.g if there's a 3 in the cage, it means there are three caged 3's.
- Digits joined by a white dot must be consecutive. Digits joined by a black dot have the ratio of 1:2. Not all possible dots are given.

Great puzzle but the Killer tag is not really suitable for it.

Still trying to wrap my brain around circle logic. This was nice, but I still feel like I'm not finding the flow easily and am kind of brute forcing things
