Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits outside the grid show the number of digits seen in the indicated row or column from that location, where larger digits obscure smaller digits.
- Digits in circles equal the total number of digits seen from that cell, both horizontally and vertically. The circled digit is not included in the count.

I suppose the constraint about larger digits blocking smaller ones, applies to the second bullet point as well?
@Bankey - correct. They behave like standard skyscraper clues except they can see in 4 directions at once
