Colour the whole grid in 3 different regions, such that each region is orthogonally connected and no 2x2 area may contain a single region.

All regions contain an equal number of each digit.

Regions are either a 180° rotation of themselves or of another region. About the centre of the puzzle.

Arrows indicate the number of cells in the first span of cells of a different colour (but only one colour) in that direction.

'S' indicate that the first cell on one side of the S sums to the first and second cells on the opposite side.
