RULES:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits in cages must sum to the total (if given).
- Each digit in a cage indicates exactly how many times that digit appears across all cages. E.g if there's a 3 in a cage, it means there are three 3's in cages.
- Digits joined by a white dot must be consecutive. Digits joined by a black dot have the ratio of 1:2. Not all possible dots are given.
