Divide the grid into N regions, one of each size 1 to N. A region may not contain repeated numbers, and it may only contain factors of its size (e.g. a region of size 6 may contain any combination of 1,2,3, and 6, including none of them).

This genre is incredible and you did such a wonderful job crafting a memorable solve path! It's so satisfying and has the perfect blend of difficult deductions and exciting ways to make those deductions rewarding with a smooth finish. Awesome construction!
