IBC 2023

I recently attended the IBC trade show (International Broadcasters Convention) in Amsterdam. At 3:30am my first night, jetlag set in and I couldn't sleep - so I figured it was a good time to create an IBC puzzle :-)
I did minimal testing before sending this out to co-workers and conference attendees. Overall the puzzle is easier than I had planned, except for a couple of tricky steps in the middle that are rougher than I had planned. I probably could have streamlined it ... but hey, I'll blame it on the jetlag.
The Rules:
• Normal Sudoku Rules Apply.
• Digits along each red thermometer must increase starting from the bulb end.
• The digits in a cage must sum to the number printed in its corner.
• Cells with a light blue circle must be odd. Cells with a dark blue square must be even.
(the Light blue/dark blue is from my company logo, and the red is the conference color)

The puzzle itself is fine but I find the GUI provided extremely uncomfortable. (e.g. Digits are too small for me, colors are very bright). Maybe you can also add an alternate link in future puzzles.
