Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the circle.
Clues outside the grid indicate the sum of the first X digits in that direction, where X is the first digit in that row/column.
In the red cells, digits indicate where the column number is in that row (ie. if r7c1 is 8, then 8 is in r7c8 is 1)
