No Wishing for More Wishes

PUZZLE:

INTRODUCTION:

Once upon a time, Simon and Mark were frolicking through a meadow (as they are sometimes wont to do) when they stumbled upon an old lamp. "We'd better pick it up" said Mark. "It may Sudoku related". Upon picking up the lamp, a genie burst from the lamp in a puff of smoke.

"Behold!" it said, "I present to you a puzzle even the greatest minds of the sudoku world cannot solve!"

"Aren't genies usually wish-based?" chimed in Simon, with aplomb.

"Well... yes," replied the genie, hesitation in its voice. "Okay, listen - I can't afford this, I already have a few infractions on my record. If you promise not to report me I will grant you three wishes, however! they must be Sudoku-related. It's kind of my schtick."

"May I wish for the solution code?" asked Mark.

"No."

"Alright," said Mark, contemplating his options. "I wish that all of the Sandwich clues in this puzzle summed to zero." "Done!" replied the genie, with a flourish.

"I'll go ahead and wish that no Schrodinger cell can contain a 1 or a 9," said Simon. "That should keep things nice and simple." "Done!" replied the genie, brandishing jazz hands. "You have one remaining wish, though I'm a little surprised you didn't wish to remove some of the constraints from the puzzle."

"Is it too late to change our options?" asked Mark.

"Yes."

"Bobbins," was the reply from Simon. "What shall we wish for now?"

RULES:

"Normal" Schrödinger rules apply.
(i.e. place the digits 0 through 9 once each in every row, column, and box;
two of the digits will have to share a Schrödinger Cell;
each row, column and box contains exactly one Schrödinger Cell).

Normal Killer, Kropki, and Thermometer rules apply.

Note: If a Schrödinger cell falls within --
a Killer cage, both digits contribute their value
;
a Kropki dot or a Thermometer, both digits must satisfy the condition
(i.e. both be consecutive with or both be in a ratio of 1:2 with the adjacent cell; or both digits must be higher/lower than previous/subsequent digits on the stem).

MODIFIER:

Schrödinger Certainty (Sandwich): No Schrödinger cell will contain the digits '1' or '9'.

Spin the Wheel: Modify the above rules, depending on where the '0' is placed in Row 9 (only one option will be valid, to be deduced by the solver)

2) if placed in R9C2,
remove Kropki dots from the puzzle
5) if placed in R9C5,
remove Killer cages from the puzzle
8) if placed in R9C8,
remove Thermometers from the puzzle.

Absolutely brilliant puzzle in many respects! The break-in was pretty hard, the remainder very smooth. Take a bow and thanks:)
