Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Quadruple: Circled digits where four cells meet must be present as values in at least one of those four cells.
Arrow: The digits along each arrow must sum to the digit in the circled cell. Digits may repeat along an arrow if permitted by other rules.

Fun and rewarding puzzle, but I agree with the other commenters. Definitely 3 star difficulty, not 2.

Very fun 3-star puzzle, it was amazing and I enjoyed to think of that sudoku after I was done with it.

Very nice, but for me at least 3/5 difficulty. Very enjoyable nevertheless.
