Es gelten die normalen Sudoku-Regeln: Füllen Sie das Raster mit den Ziffern 1 bis 9, die jeweils in jeder Zeile, Spalte und jedem 3x3-Feld erscheinen.
Ungleichheitszeichen: Eine Ungleichheitszeichen über zwei Zellen zeigt auf diejenige, die die untere Ziffer enthält.
Renbans: Entlang einer Renban-Linie erscheinen aufeinanderfolgende Ziffern, nicht unbedingt in der richtigen Reihenfolge, aber ohne Wiederholungen.
Deutsches Flüstern: Entlang einer deutschen Flüsterlinie müssen sich benachbarte Ziffern um mindestens 5 unterscheiden.
Renber Whispan: Eine graue Linie ist entweder ein Renban oder ein deutsches Flüstern.

The break-in really wasn't easy and needed some attempts. After that it solved really fast. Elegant construction!

Just for clarification: Are the little attached lines (e.g. r3c1-r4c1, r3c5- r4c5 and so on) strictly part of the renber whispan in box1/2 or can these lines be something else?
Sktx @wullemuus : they are part of the whole grey line they are connected to, in other terms there are no touching lines in the grid. So if it connects, it's the same renber whispan line.

I think that depends on the solver. What is average for me is likely easy for another. I have been solving for just two years now - and if I can't solve it, it's a 5 for me. I think 4 is fair.

Two and one-half hours later and what a payoff! Your puzzle is incredibly challenging and highly rewarding. It was fun to apply "if this then that" and just grind it through. I had so many colors, pencils marks, pairs, and other notes that when I finally got the first digit it solved immediately. Great puzzle, thanks!
Sktx @RedBarchetta : Thanks a lot for taking the time to get through it, and I'm really hppy the solve gave you some satisfaction. Do you think I should maybe change the difficulty estimate to 5 stars ?
