Intro:
More Slight Shifting is a follow-up to my first irregular puzzle Slight Shifts. (Optional) You may find it helpful to solve that puzzle first as it is designed to teach points about some of the of the types of logic used in this puzzle.

Rules:
- Irregular sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1 through 9 once each in every row, column and 9-cell region (regions are delineated by thick black outlines).
- Digits in white circles must appear at least once in the four surrounding cells.
- Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle.
- Digits in cages sum to the small number in the top-left corner of the cage.

There was a point where I thought I was stuck and would just have to save this puzzle for later, but it ended up unfolding very nicely! Super satisfying when some of the logic & implications started clicking :)

vinnycat thanks for the kind comment. With these irregular puzzles (which are my first time setting with irregular) I'm hoping to share some ideas I came across while studying the irregular grid using 'ah-ha moment' type deductions. Glad to hear things fell into place for you :)
