Amethyst 15

Amethyst 15 is the 7th in a series of sudokus that use an adapted arrow sudoku ruleset, namely that digits on an arrow must sum to either double or half of the digit within that arrows circle cell.
It has been a while since my last, but please enjoy this puzzle!
Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. The value of an arrow bulb is either half or double the digit in the bulb, and this value is also the sum of the digits on the arrow. This value persists if subsequent rules allow.
3. Digits outside the grid show the sum of the values sandwiched between the digit 1 and the digit 9 in the column or row.
4. In cages, values must sum to the small clue in the top left corner. Digits cannot repeat within a cage.
5. Digits placed on purple Renban lines must be a set of consecutive, non-repeating digits, in any order.

Very neat, smooth, and interesting! For Sandwich clue, I think it is better to add the sum is between the DIGIT 1 and the DIGIT 9.

Neat puzzle! Interesting logic and a cool idea.
I recommend adding to the rules the point @Snaues brought up.
The value in the circle applies to cages and arrows.

Man it took me a while to realize the 'value' was the one you count for the killer cages. I think majdkhoury is stuck due to this very same reason.
Once I got over that hickup, the puzzle was a breeze and a very fun solve.
