Lockout Lines (oder Ausschluss-Linien) haben am 12. August ihren 2. Geburtstag gefeiert. Alles Gute nachträglich! Als Nala mitbekommen hat, dass es etwas zu feiern gibt, hat sie freudestrahlend das schönste Geschenk, was sie finden konnte, gegriffen und war schon auf dem Weg zur Party. Ob ihr Geschenk den Lockout Lines gefallen wird?
Normale Sudoku Regeln gelten: Platziere die Ziffern 1 bis 9 genau einmal in jede Zeile, Spalte und Box.
Alle Linien sind Lockout Lines (oder Ausschluss-Linien). Ziffern auf einer bunten Linie dürfen nicht gleich oder zwischen den Werten der beiden Diamanten liegen, die sich an den Enden der Linie befinden und jeweils eine Differenz von mindestens 4 haben müssen. Jede Linie hat mindestens ein Liniensegment zwischen ihren Endpunkten. Außerdem hat jede ihre eigene Farbe und Linien derselben Farbe sind miteinander verbunden.
Ziffern dürfen sich in Käfigen nicht wiederholen, und summieren sich zu der Zahl in der linken oberen Ecke des Käfigs (falls vorgegeben). Jeder Käfig hat eine eigene Randfarbe und Käfige derselben Farbe sind miteinander verbunden.
Zusätzlich ist das Gitter in Nebel gehüllt. Richtige Zahlen zu platzieren, führt dazu, dass der Nebel von den umliegenden Zellen verschwindet und dadurch mehr Hinweise sichtbar werden, die zur Lösung des Rätsels beitragen.

I've been working my way through the Nala series, and have really enjoyed them all so far! This one was probably the toughest for me to date, as it's been a while since I've thought about lockout lines. That didn't make it any less enjoyable, as the logic flowed well with a few twists and turns (like the titular serpentine streamers). Thank you Sandra (and Nala)!

@Ratfinkz No dog is ever fed enough, at least from the dogs point of view.
Great puzzle but definitely 3/5 stars for me

I'm in the process of solving all the SandraNala puzzles, this was my favorite one so far. Messed up the first solve a couple of days ago, came back with a fresh head and had a blast. This has been my favorite in the series so far, it was an honour to solve it :)!

Another excellent puzzle!
I was a bit confused by the statement that "Each line has at least one line segment between it's endpoints". That would be true even if the ends were in adjacent cells joined by a line. I assumed that you meant each line has at least one non-end cell between its endpoints.

Absolutely amazing! I've never heard of lockout lines before and this was a very fun introduction :) Congrats Sandra and Nala on another amazing puzzle.

great puzzle, but definitely not a 2/5 difficulty. Just the fact that it uses lockout lines makes it at least 3, and add fog, and other complicating factors ...

never come across lock out lines before so a FOW probably wasn't the best place to attempt them when you can't see whats going on. Once I watched some youtube videos on what they are and how they work, I was off! quite straight forward but complex when you've never come across the rule set and can't see a full line to picture them. Interesting little lines them :)

It took me at least 15 minutes to wrap my head around the lockout lines and not confuse them with between lines. Amazing puzzle as always! I absolutely love this series!
