Normal sudoku rules apply.

The sum of digits on arrows must equal the digit in the arrows circle

The lowest digit on arrows does NOT count in the arrows total/circle, this apply to every arrow even if the share the same circle

Digits can not repeat along an arrow (except for circle)

Any cell on arrows including the circle can not be a Knight (chess) move away from the same digit

Cells connected by an X must sum to 10
