Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Each colored circle needs to be connected with his color pair by a between line. Cells along lines must have values between those in the circles. Lines can move in orthogonal or diagonal directions, but they can't cross nor share cells with each other. Lines are not necessarily unique, the solver must only be able to draw at least one line of each color which satisfies all the constraints.
- Circles also show the number of cells visited by their own colored line in their 3x3 neighbourhood (not including itself, max 8).
- Arrows between cells point to the smaller digit.

I just can't believe it is solvable with only 8 circles and 3 inequality signs, and yet it is beautiful and logical! Love it!
