The standard sudoku rules apply, i.e., in each row, column, and 3x3 box there must be exactly one each of the digits 1-9. The digits in cages add up to the indicated sum, and digits may not repeat within a cage.
The grey stripe is a palindrome, but that just means that the digit in R2C6 is the same as the one in R3C8.

Solution code: Row 2, followed by column 7 (18 digits total).
