For the 200th Time, I Refuse! (I Refuse to Give Sums III)

Note: Different colored cages are just to highlight the 200. I am also aware that a few clues are redundant - it's that I wanted to make the 200.
Another one of these puzzles where I don't give totals of killer cages (the other puzzles were "Sayori V: Sums Were Deleted 2" and "I Refuse to Give Sums!"). I might or might not submit this to Zetamath's 200th stream. Feedback on fun/difficulty is greatly appreciated, and I hope you enjoy!
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits on a thermo must increase from the bulb end.
Digits in a cage cannot repeat and must sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage (if given). A ? means a single digit sum, and a ?? means a double digit sum. Note that ? and ?? aren't necessarily the same for all cages.

I might be missing something. What restriction does the constraint ">?" in box 6 create?
Am I correct that ">??" actually means 11 or more?

Yes, that >?? means the sum is 11 or higher.
