Killer Cages: Digits within a cage must sum up to the given total. Digits may not repeat within a cage.
Thermometer: Digits must increase from the bulb end of the thermometer.
Arrow: Digits along an arrow must sum up to the digit in the arrow's circle.
I'd approximate the difficulty to be somewhere between 3 and 4 stars.
