Killer: Digits in cages must sum to the given total.
Clones: Each colored shape is a clone. The green and yellow regions are separate clones (the top left and bottom right clones are the same, and the bottom left and top right clones are the same). Digits must appear in identical positions in each copy of a clone.

Which regions are yellow and which are green? They’re identical for some types of colourblindness

Fair enough! I'll add a note although technically it's pretty easy to figure out which regions are which.
