This puzzle is a response to a challenge from Riffclown. I hope you enjoy it!
This puzzle uses a variant on arrows that I think has been introduced by zegres.
Rules :
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Arrow sudoku rules apply, where digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the bulb attached. Digits may repeat on an arrow if other rules allow this.
Additionally, arrow tips point to a digit that equals the arrow sum (circled digit). The arrow sum can be one or more cells away from the arrow tip.
