Sauron is trying to use his evil eye to enslave all of Middle Earth. You have discovered that his powers are boosted by magic squares, which need to be decoded. The special ratio is the key that will help unlock the secret, and his magic will fall by the wayside.

The Rules
• Normal Sudoku Rules Apply.
• The digits in a cage must sum to the number in its corner.
• The rows, columns, and diagonals in the magic squares (box 3 and 7) must all sum to the same totals.
• A black dot between cells indicates cell values with a 2:1 ratio. A white dot between cells indicates cells with consecutive values. Not all dots are shown.
• Cells in opposing corners of the grid have a 1:3 ratio.
