Standard Sudoku Rules apply to the final numeric layout.
The loop on the grid is made up of four types of Sudoku restraints: Arrow Sum, Palindrome, Thermometer, and Renban. Each restraint occupies five cells in a row on the line. Where a restraint has a specific start and end (Arrow and Thermometer), consider the loop as traveling in a clockwise direction.
The order and positions of the four lines must be determined, and they appear in that same order around the loop twice.
In the Killer Cage, digits must sum to the number in the top left corner.
For inequality signs, the open end indicates the greater digit.
Arrow Sums: Digits on the arrow must sum to the digit in the circle. Digits may repeat on the arrow within the rules of Sudoku.
Palindromes: Digits must read the same in either direction; e.g., 14341. Plain grey line in the sample.
Thermometers: Digits must strictly increase from the first to last cell.
Renbans: Digits on a renban form a set of consecutive digits, but may be placed on the renban in any order. Purple line in the sample.

Tricky. Even when the meta implications of the constraints were understood, took quite a bit of whittling down.

Neat and interesting puzzle overall! Finding a good way to start and then the order of the lines is actually not so tricky but man, the solve after that requires a lot of careful scanning, which I find myself struggle a lot.
