After my first irregular sudoku puzzle, which used a grid created by tallcat, I wanted to create my own original irregular grid. While working on it, it suddenly occured to me I could make it look like a (tall)cat, with a big T shape in the forehead. The original design featured a nice pair of glasses as well, making my cat look very smart ! But it sadly broke the puzzle over and over again... So I went for the broken glasses design instead, and I'm quite happy with the logic that came with it ! My cat may look quite beaten up now, but I can assure you no real cat was harmed in the process of creating this puzzle :)
No bifurcation or crazy math needed here, just careful observation :) I detailed the intended opening sequence in a hidden comment.

Rules :
- Irregular Sudoku: Digits 1-9 must be placed in each row, column, and outlined region.
- Region Sum Lines : Blue lines must have an equal sum N within each irregular region they pass through. If a line re-enters a region, each segment sums to N separately.
- Kropki : Cells connected by a white circle contain consecutive digits. Cells connected by a black circle contain digits with a 1:2 ratio.
Note : colors are only cosmetic in the visual of the puzzle, they have no use for the solve and don't appear in the solvable grid, as they would probably compromise the process of solving it...

Corrected the RSL rule, which refered to regular sudoku boxes instead of irregular

And I went thinking the cat had a monocle! Little did I suspect the poor thing was beaten up by Christounet! Apart from that, a clever and beautiful break-in that unfortunately eluded me, although I bruteforced my way in regardless: I'm actually not any gentler than Christounet and I beat up the guardian of the puzzle, threatened his family and tied him up so he couldn't inform people of my stealthy and unorthodox entry.

@Paquet Voleur : A monocle, of course !! How did I not think about that ! Now that you say it, I do see how that would make him look even smarter than if he wore modern glasses. Your brute force solve is forgiven, as I know you've solved many other puzzle following more orthodox solving paths.
