E ∩ tropy (Killer, Entropy Theme)

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Killer: Digits in cages must not repeat and must sum to the indicated total.
Entropy: The low digits (1, 2, 3), middle digits (4, 5, 6) and high digits (7, 8, 9) are defined as three different strata. Each 2x2 box in the grid has to contain at least one digit of each strata.
Non-adjacent: Two digits from the same entropy strata may not touch orthogonally.

Excellent puzzle - I found it very beautiful but brutally hard!
