Room and Board?

This puzzle was inspired by glum hippo's puzzle Room and Board which uses a similar ruleset.
The Rules
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- [Sandwich] Numbers outside the grid, some of which must be determined, are the sum of the digits sandwiched between the 1 and 9 in that row or column.
- [Numbered Rooms] Numbers outside the grid are also numbered room clues, and must appear in the xth cell in from that side where x is the digit in the cell next to the clue.
