Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits in a cage must sum to the value in the top left. Digits may not repeat in a cage
- A "<" symbol points to the smaller of the two values, for example "7 < 8"

Really nice puzzle. I think it's more like 2.5 for difficulty, personally. I loved the little deductions that could be made as I was colouring.

Took a bit, but as soon as I realized the flow of this one, it turned out quite pretty. And finally figuring out the 13 cage was exteremely satisfying!
