Fillomino U-Bahn (9x9)

Standard U-Bahn:
Draw a totally connected loop network through the centers of some cells, which may branch or turn, but may not have any dead ends. A clue outside the grid indicates how many times the corresponding line shape (i.e. a cross, branch, straight line, or turn) appears in the corresponding row or column, irrespective of the line shape's rotation.
Fillomino:
Divide the grid into orthogonally connected regions such that no two regions of the same size share an edge. A clue inside the grid indicates the size of the region containing that cell.
Interaction:
Within a region, all pieces of the loop network must be identical up to rotation, or are empty, but no region may be fully empty. Adjacent regions contain differently shaped pieces.
An example is shown below. Note how these rules enable a useful 4-coloring of the regions.
The main puzzle follows:
Lösungscode: For each row except the last, the number of lines leading down from that row. Then, the sizes of the regions in the second row (17 digits)

Great puzzle!
Lot of nice logic in here; the fillomino and u-bahn combination makes for some interesting interactions between the two rulesets.

Lovely puzzle, with a very engaging and fun solve path, even though I broke it 4 times due to my lack of rigor while considering some options, but I still enjoyed it a lot. Thanks for setting it !

I had to start several times but couldn't let it be (because it was such a beautiful combination). When I finally found my persistent mistake it went very smoothly afterwards.

This is a really nice ruleset, and I think the 9x9 executes on it very well. It's difficult to notate, but that's made up for by the additional variety of deductions that come from the Fillomino part of the ruleset.
And as always, it's nice to see new U-Bahn puzzles :)
