Rules :
1)
Normal Sudoku Rules: each row, column, and box contain the digits from 1 through 9 with no repeats.
2)
Mean Arrow Rules: circled digits contain the mean (average) of any arrows that leave them.
3)
Kropki Rules: Cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio. Cells separated by a white dot must be consecutive. Not all dots are given.

Took us over five hours yesterday and today to solve, mostly because we didn't see much of the logic

Brilliant, hard and fun. The average/mean arrow constraint was new to me and made for some brilliant deductions through the solve.
