This puzzle is named after the Pushmi-Pullyu from Doctor Dolittle.

Normal Sudoku Rules apply. Digits in cages must add up to the cage total. Digits on arrows must add up to the digit in the circle. Digits on palindrome lines must read the same in both directions.

To avoid any confusion, the arrow at R4C3 is straight.
