Origin of Symmetry

SHADING: Shade some cells so that in the finished puzzle cells containing values exactly one greater than an immediate neighbour (diagonally or orthogonally) within their box are shaded (and otherwise unshaded).

The shading pattern must have a left-right symmetry in the grid.

ANTI-KNIGHT: Cells a knight's move apart cannot contain the same digit.

Otherwise standard Sudoku rules apply.

Took a few restarts as I was running into paradoxes, but it crumbled in the end! Nice puzzle

Great as always with these puzzles!! I had a couple false starts but then was able to work it out - I think I was getting mixed up on the direction the symmetry worked in
