I have tested this puzzle multiple times and I can confirm that there are only 1 possible solution to this puzzle. So, enjoy this puzzle!
Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. Digits in columns 1, 5, and 9 index the column locations of digits 1, 5, and 9, respectively, in each row.
3. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.
4. Digits cannot repeat in marked cages.

Really enjoyed that. Windoku and 159 work well together, and this puzzle makes nice use of both.
