- Normal Sudoku Rules apply
- Clues left/above the grid are Numbered Room clues.
If the first digit in that direction is N, then the Numbered Room clue must be placed in the Nth cell of that direction. The Numbered Room clues don`t necessarily need to be sets of 1-9.
- Digits connected by white diamonds have a difference of Y, where Y is equal to the Numbered Room clue of the diamonds` row or column.
- All possible Diamonds inside the 9x9 grid are given

I have not played a "Numbered Room" clue puzzle before (if that's a thing). I'm assuming that the numbers 1-9 cannot repeat in the top row of "Numbered Rooms" and the same for the left column of them?
Also, when the rules state, "If the first digit in that direction is N" I have to assume again that "that direction" means in that column if the clue is at the top or that row if the clue is in the left column.
For the 1st: For numbered room clues, there is no a set of 1-9 restriction.
The second: Exactly what you mean
