-A number in a circle indicates the digit that must appear in at least one of the four surrounding cells.
-The blue lines with a bulb are region-sum thermos, where the sum of each segment of a line passing through boxes must increase from the segment with the bulb. For example, r7c4 > r8c3+r9c2+r8c1.

CTC rejected this like 8 other puzzles I submitted, so I don't really think this is an exceptional puzzle (or any of my puzzles really). I hope you still enjoy it!
